Welcome back everyone! I can’t believe we are already halfway through the month of June! This summer is just flying by a little too quickly for my liking.
Today I wanted to share with you all some of my favorite beauty products to use in the summer. Most of these products are are around ten dollars, and rarely over twenty dollars. I hope you are able to find a new product you maybe didn’t even know you needed.
After living in the mountains for two harsh winters, I have grown more and more fond of warm weather. However, just because I would now prefer to be warm than cool that does not mean I would prefer to sweat instead of shiver! One of the first products I apply in the morning is Old Spice: Aqua Reef. I have heard from numerous women that men’s deodorant can work more wonders than women’s. Whether or not this is a fact or fiction, Aqua Reef supplies an aroma with cypress and a hint of lime that can mask any unwanted odors, perfect for a summer vibe!

Over the past couple of years, I have seen more and more products by Mario Badescu. After trying all of his facial sprays, I cannot imagine waking up without the refreshing Facial Spray with Aloe, Chamomile and Lavender. This mist hydrates my skin with just a few sprays, and coats my face with Vitamin C to stop the skin from aging. After this has been applied I can feel my skin glowing. Try keeping it in the fridge for an even more refreshing effect!

“Moisturization equals long-lasting skin.” This is something I have heard from my grandmother’s countless times and thus has been drilled into my mind. I like to apply Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Lotion to my whole body after a shower. This lotion is a favorite because it is fragrance free and does not cause breakouts for me specifically. Throughout the day I also like to apply the all natural Solar Recover After Sun Moisturizing Spray. Can you tell I love lavender?

The last product I have to share is for all my fellow blondes. If I know I will be spending part of the day outdoors, I like to apply Sun Bum Blonde Hair Lightener after I shower when my hair is still damp. With a few sprays and scrunches of the hair, you are ready to let the sun do the rest of the work. The products are made with hints of Costa Rican Pineapple, Hawaiian Lehua Honey and Meyer Lemon. For natural, but enhanced highlights this product is a must.

If you found any new products to add to your bathroom sink or vanity, send me a tweet! I would love to hear some reviews from you all. My twitter username is @Sanderson_CD.
Thank you for reading my FIFTH post! Until next time…
